The challenge
A service breakdown may involve a skill gap, a fault, a process, or a decision the employee cannot make. A useful response starts by locating the constraint and identifying who can address it.
My contribution to the work shown
Developing the learning application and tools that connect service experience with execution: practice situations, diagnostic questions, decision rights, ownership, and follow-up measures.
What was designed
TRAIN develops capability, FIX addresses a fault, and CONTROL supports reliable execution. I Co Pro identifies the constraint and evidence, connects people and decision rights, and proposes a focused pilot with an owner, work aid, measures, and review.
The connection to execution
Teams pair care with a usable control: a named owner, verified information, clear authority, and an update commitment. The KEY 2.0 materials include day 7, 30, and 90 reviews, specifying evidence, ownership, and a decision rule.
How to read the numbers
The ReviewPro model uses 2,354 reviews from January–June 2026 and an overall negative-sentiment baseline of 18%. Its targets are 16% or below, then 14% or below. These are planned targets; follow-up evidence is needed to assess achievement and the intervention’s contribution.
What I carry into future design
Choose measures the data source can actually report, and give each intervention an owner and review. Examine application alongside demand, resources, operational repairs, and other concurrent changes when interpreting results.
